My Testimony
When I was six years old, on December 16th, 2004, I made a decision to trust and believe in Christ to save me from my sins. I understood that all had sinned (Rom. 3:23) and that without accepting Christ’s gift of salvation, I would go to Hell (Rom. 6:23). God would use my home church, Bedford Bible, to teach me more about God and Jesus through The Bible. I learned in church services and through the church school that I graduated from.
For a large majority of my life, I was abused and experienced many hardships. These traumatic experiences had weighed heavily on me for so long that I had considered suicide and once attempted it. Though I felt depressed, lonely, and anxious, God gave me strength, peace, and joy, leading me out of that situation and into a much better one! I would go on to recommit my life to Christ during the summer of 2015. I was baptized, took a two-week mission trip to Africa, and then would go on to graduate from Frontier School of the Bible in the spring of 2021 with a Bachelor’s degree in youth education.
My Mission
So enough about me, why Utah? How…Utah? Where…Utah…? There is a huge need for churches in Utah and even a larger need for the Gospel to be shared. In light of this, I am preparing to head back to Utah as a TBM STEP missionary with a team to train under a pastor where our goal is to start and grow more Bible-teaching churches in Utah! Please be praying for those involved as we begin working in Utah.
