Chad Johnson grew up in Duluth, MN, where he became a Christian at the age of 10. Upon graduation from High School, Chad attended Frontier School of the Bible from 2000-2003. After graduation from FSB, he married Sarah and moved to the Upper Peninsula of Michigan, where he pastored a small, rural community church in Cedar River, MI, while serving with Village Missions. Chad served there in Michigan for 7 years, and then moved to Utah and became the Pastor at Fellowship Bible Church in Lindon in 2015.
Chad has had great exposure to mission work, having served with Village Missions as a missionary, and has traveled on other missions’ trips as well; all over the U.S., and also in Mexico and Peru. Chad has a big heart for reaching all the nations with the Gospel and seeing many come to know the Lord Jesus Christ. This is important to him in his current ministry as Pastor at Fellowship Bible Church, where a big missions emphasis has always been a very important component to the life and ministry of the church in the past, and which will continue into the future as the church continues to build on that solid foundation.
Chad has a passion for preaching God’s Word and equipping God’s people for the work of the ministry. And in His off time, he enjoys spending time with his family (Chad & Sarah, Naomi, Eli, Gabe, Caleb, Liberty, & Clay), playing golf, watching sports (an avid Minnesota sports fan), and eating chicken wings.
