Electronic Funds Transfer

You must enclose a voided check. Deposit slips are not acceptable. Only your check gives us the necessary information to set up the transfer.
Include your initial month’s support check as it will take a few weeks for the EFT to start. Remember, you select your starting month!

Personal Checks

Make your tax-deductible check out to TBM or Tentmakers Bible Mission and write the Project Name of your missionary on the memo line. Note: The payment receipt which you will receive will have a return stub for future donations.
The IRS law states that no personal names can be on the check (other than your own) if you desire to receive a tax deduction for the gift.

Home Office Ministry Expense Project

One of our Core Values at TBM is that we don’t charge our missionaries administrative fees.

I like the example often used by our Executive Director that many organizations charge around 10% of the support that their missionaries raise for operating expenses. For TBM, we receipt in the neighborhood of $1,000,000 in donations each year which would give us an operating budget of $100,000.

TBM has always operated in a different way where every TBM missionary, including the home office staff, trusts that God will provide through mission-focused churches and individuals. This means we treat the Home Office as a “missionary” in the sense that its ministry is supported through donations, not by administrative fees. This way of thinking helps us to focus on operating in a streamlined way that makes donations go further.
