Amazing Salvation!

‘…Give thanks to the Lord and praise His name.  For the Lord is good and His love endures forever; His faithfulness continues through all generations.‘  Psalm 100:4-5

There is so much to give thanks for and it is always encouraging to be thankful in everything.  After five days of extreme heat, we have finally received rain and it has cooled off a bit, to 80 degrees.  This has actually allowed a few nights of sound sleep, which is so refreshing as we have no air conditioning.

We are so thankful as to have had several visitors recently in church.  The most amazing was a couple visiting Tarapoto from Italy and they were looking for a small Bible church to attend.  They found our church Facebook page (Comunidad Biblica Tarapoto) and sent a message to us and then actually came.  It is so encouraging to feel the instant friendship there is in Christ.

Hannah Walls and Josh & Charity and their baby daughter Gracie have been with us, helping in the Church.  Josh is now preaching a series of Galatians during the Sunday service.  I am so thankful for the fellowship and prayer support these Frontier School of the Bible graduates have provided.

Thank the Lord for such a great salvation He has given us through the shed blood of Jesus Christ on the cross to pay for our sins.  It is truly amazing that a sinful man can be allowed to be in a relationship with a Holy God.  We are going through Romans in Wednesday evening Bible study and it is wonderful how much we can learn about God and salvation, truly amazing!

Thank you so much for your faithful prayers and continued financial support so we are able to serve God here in Tarapoto.  We are truly thankful to all of you and to God for allowing us the opportunity to be a witness for Him in the high jungle area in Northeast Peru.
