April Celebrations Abound

Greetings from Kenya! We would like to take this time to share a brief update with you about how the Lord has been working in and through our lives lately. And we want to express our deepest gratitude for the part you play in our lives and the ministry here, helping to make it possible for us to even be here. Thank you for all your prayers, encouragement, and support. We appreciate you, and all that you do…and we thank God for giving us you!

The month of April has been one FULL of various celebrations! There have been bridal celebrations, baby celebrations, birthdays, and of course the greatest cause of all to celebrate – the Resurrection of our Lord and Savior Jesus Christ!

Following that is an excerpt which I took from a separate link that someone else had written as a short summary of some of the symbolism of the ancient Jewish marriage customs. It is a great picture for us to consider.
