Blessings and Trials

Hello again from Tarapoto!!!  Merry Christmas and New Year!!!

We are doing Christmas programs this Saturday and the next two Sundays so it is really busy getting everything ready.  On Sunday afternoon we go to a village named Alaucaloma for a program for kids and a chocolatada (hot chocolate with panaton).  Saturday, December 21, it’s for the kids of the church and neighborhood that normally come to Kids Bible Club and Sunday, December 22 is for the church and neighborhood.  These programs are opportunities to evangelize and show Christ’s love to our community.

The continuing URGENT PRAYER requests are with the land trial Techy is involved in.  Friday from 8:15 am to 11:00 am EST. This will be going on this week.  This is the fourth session in the series and we are to get our witnesses and also two of the other side that didn’t show up last week.

On a side note, since Jennifer received her tourist visa, she can now visit the USA.  We are planning a Christmas/New Year trip and the wonderful Grandparent trip.  Our third grandson was due Dec 2nd so we expect to be able to see all three grandsons on this ‘get to know family’ trip for Jennifer.  We leave Tarapoto Dec 24 and return to Tarapoto Jan 14.

By the way, the lawyer told us that it was fine for us to travel and Techy can get onto the trials (if there are any on these dates) from Zoom.  Praise the Lord!

Thanks so much for your prayers!!!  They are really encouraging and necessary as we go through this really hard time of court proceedings.  We are continuing work in the ministry even though this whole trial thing is taking its time.
