God Provides Abundantly!

Dear family, friends and support team,

We are so excited to let you all know that as of December 7, the LORD has provided ALL the funds needed to cover the entire cost for Ronnie’s surgery ($42,200). We are still in awe at the way God has answered our prayer and provided for this in such a short space of time. We are so grateful to you all for your continued prayers and generous support. 💝

The Lord has also miraculously provided for our accommodations before and after the surgery. He has also worked it out for all our children (Justin & Hayley, Joseph and Charissa) to be together in Miami for the surgery. We are so grateful for the support of family during this time. Praise God from whom all blessings flow.🙏💝

As we reflect on all that the Lord has done for us over the past few months, “Thanks” seems so inadequate a word to express how we truly feel at this time. We believe that the Lord has placed you alongside us to walk with us from the beginning of this journey till now. You have faithfully prayed for us, cared for us, written encouraging words to us and generously given of your love and resources. We are so deeply grateful to each of you. 🙏❤️

Please continue to pray as we share our plans moving forward. 🙏

After the semester ends this week, on Dec 11, we will have one week to pack up our belongings and put them in storage here in LaGrange.

On December 18, we will fly to Miami and check into a hotel near the hospital. We will register at the hospital on Dec 19 and have some tests and prep done. On Dec 20, we will check in at the hospital for the surgery. (Meela will also be able to overnight with Ronnie).

After the surgery, we will spend possibly two days recovery at the hospital. Justin and Hayley will then return to Nebraska for work and the rest of us will head to Lakeworth, FL to be with Ronnie’s step mom for a week.

On December 30, we will visit the doctor again in Miami for a follow up after which we will spend 10 days in Port St Lucie at one of Ronnie’s sister’s place. We praise God for how He worked it out for us to be with family during this time. 💝

Joseph and Charissa will then fly out to a worship conference in Atlanta (where they will meet up with Justin) and then head back to La Grange, WY for the Spring semester.

On January 11, we (Ronnie and Meela) will fly back home to Trinidad 🇹🇹 where Ronnie will continue his healing to full recovery🙏

Please keep us in your prayers for the surgery and recovery. The Lord has graciously connected us with this surgeon and his staff who have treated us with the utmost care and kindness. We are confident in the Lord moving forward.🙏

Thanks also to our wonderful friends from Wisconsin for your love and care for us in making this connection and your endless kindness and support. We cannot thank you enough.🙏

And thanks to ALL of you who have walked alongside us, prayed for us and given sacrificially to our cause. We are so grateful to God for your support on this journey.🙏
