Her Name was Digna, “The One Who is Worthy”

Attached below, you will find our latest newsletter about our Sabbatical time. It was written right at the end of April. In it, I asked for prayer for Mary’s dear mother who was very ill.

On May 1st, after a prolonged illness, Mary’s mother in Panama passed away to be with the Lord at the age of 83. Our only regret is that we were not able to be with her on her final days or for her funeral service. We dearly appreciate your prayers for my beloved Mary, who is very heartbroken at this moment. Please pray that God would graciously comfort and strengthen her.

Her name was Digna, meaning “One Who is Worthy”. She is home and pain-free in the arms Jesus. We thank God that years ago, we had a chance tell her about Jesus.
