Las Vegas Praise & Prayer Note

As of February 20th, the Balfours (who had been on staff at East Valley) have begun to plant on the southwest side of Vegas. Our church family flooded their living room for their first week. We are so excited for them as they start!

We continue to see new families come and more people fill up our building. The negative is lack of space and money to find a bigger and better facility. Pray for us as we are seeing God’s blessings but we are forced to consider major changes.

I (Matthew) designed a survey to “Equip the saints for ministry.” As a result, many people are getting more plugged in, serving the church family and I believe, deepening in their walks with Jesus Christ.

We started our first group this past month. We are hoping to establish this first one and make room for another and another, etc. The sheer size of the city makes it vital to get people together more than on Sunday to encourage one another.

March 5th is the first day of a week-long trip for 6 Frontier School of the Bible students. We are casting a vision for church planting, Vegas and the need for the gospel.
