Making Progress!

Dear Family and Friends,

Like in any project or process, it can seem long and frustrating when we only look at the moment. BUT, when we stop to consider how far we have come and how God has provided in ways we never even thought of, one can get a whole new perspective. The process of “deputation” can be just like that. We did some calculating the other day and we came up with some figures. We have them in our current newsletter. See below at Blue Asia Grace — October 2017.pdf.

But there are so many more parts to the process than just the figures! There is what we are learning about God and us. AND, there is YOU! If we would have had all the necessary funds and paperwork completed during the first month of deputation, we would have headed to Asia and we would not have met some of the most wonderful people, Brothers and Sisters, that we have met in this process. We have been in some great churches and homes! We have had some great experiences! We have seen God in new ways, too! We would have not had these opportunities because we would have just gone on our merry way doing what we thought we needed to be doing at the time. BUT God has so much more for us to do, to learn, and people to meet. We couldn’t have imagined! Reminds me of the verse, I Corinthians 2:9. “Eye hath not seen, nor ear heard, neither have entered the heart of man, the things which God hath prepared for them who love Him.”
