Prayers Requested

Greetings from Tarapoto!

Yes, we did arrive home and Techy & Jennifer have already gone to a remote village to share a children’s program with a mission group from Wyoming.

Now the day has arrived.  Friday, today, at 3 pm EST the final session of Techy’s land criminal trial is to happen with the verdict coming at the end.

Please pray for this final session and the verdict.  We are trusting God to do what He sees best and allow justice to be just.  It still appears that either way there can be an appeal so I doubt it’ll be over just yet.

FOLLOW UP TO YESTERDAY’S PRAYER REQUEST:

January 18, 2025:

Good afternoon from Tarapoto, Peru!!!  Some have asked if Techy is in prison yet?  Short answer: NO

They didn’t have time to terminate the criminal trial so didn’t get the verdict.  It will resume on Monday at Two pm (2pm).  I assume we should get an answer then.

Thank you for your faithful prayers, this must be a great thing as it is getting many people praying for Peru.  Keep it up, we really appreciate it!  We will trust God no matter the result and are trying to be faithful to God in the process.

Ministry in the church continues in spite of business with the trial.  Last night we had a wonderful time in the CBT with a special supper following the service.  We are so thankful for the mission group that came from Wyoming.  They will finish up today with children and youth ministry before leaving on Sunday.
