Special Prayers Needed

Dear Friends and Family,

As we approach these special days of celebration of remembrance of the first coming of Our Amazing Lord, we hope that you find yourself in the middle of special moments of growth in relationship with “God with us.” We have recently received many hugs from God as we have seen and experienced His hands at work in many different contexts ranging from special moments with family to see how each one is doing to having time with individuals in Spain desiring discipleship to grow in ways of serving and worshipping Him.

In the New Year we are figuring out how to celebrate a baptismal service as there are two who have asked to be baptized. Please be praying for Fernando and Aaron as we meet together to discuss the concept of baptism and beyond. 

Thank you for your prayers for the Butron family who experienced the loss of their 19 year old son to leukemia in October. As we are approaching Christmas, I have a special request: If you can send me an email message addressed to Fernando, Carmen, Fernando, and Luis (or the Butron family), I will translate it and forward it to them. This season is a difficult one for them as they continue to process their loss and we want them to read and feel the fact that there are people around the world who are praying for them. In addition to their loss, they have just found out that the death insurance policy they have to cover all the costs, has used a loophole to deny the coverage. This leaves them with a 3,500 € bill. Please continue to pray for them as they assimilate all of this as well as seek ways to cover this bill. If you are interested in helping cover this, let me know.
