Telling the Entire Story of Jesus

Merry Christmas!
Sunday we went to Churuzapa, a small village about 1 and a half hours away. There we had a Christmas program and gave gifts to the children and handed out some clothes as well as the traditional chocolatada, hot chocolate with paneton.
It was such a great time we had. One little girl was so pleased with her doll and she told me that she had never had a doll before and she had no toys. She soon left her doll behind my chair and stood in line again. I didn’t oppose her getting a stuffed animal as well. She may have been the only child that got two gifts.
Now we are waiting for Thursday, December 22nd, to do our Christmas program again at our church. The youth have put together an interesting drama that not only depicts the birth of Christ but His death and resurrection as well. This tells the whole story of Christmas.
Then on New Years Eve we are planning a year end program to celebrate all Christ has done for us this year and give Him thanks. We will also partake in communion and have some prayer time. This should be a fitting ending to such a wonderful year full of so many blessings.
Thank you to all who have faithfully given and prayed for us during this year.
Have a great Christmas and a blessed New Year and God bless,
Delwin & Techy Fowler
