Who We Are:
Lucas Fowler was born and raised in Tarapoto, Peru. On the morning of Lucas’ 4th birthday, his older brother, Marcos, shared the Gospel with him, and that morning Lucas believed in Jesus as his Savior. Growing up as a missionary kid and seeing his parents’ faithfulness in ministry, fostered a passion for missions in Lucas. After Lucas finished high school, he attended Frontier School of the Bible in La Grange, WY to study the Word and further pursue his call to be a missionary.
Taylor Fowler was born and raised in Simla, CO. She trusted in Christ as her Savior when she was six years old at a Vacation Bible School held by the youth center, Cross Roads, in Simla. Taylor always had an interest in missions work but became very serious about it after her second year of high school. She decided she would go to Frontier School of the Bible to become a full-time missionary after finishing high school.
Lucas and Taylor met at Frontier School of the Bible and were married in 2023. They welcomed their sweet daughter, María, in July of 2025 and are currently living in Simla, CO raising prayer and financial support while preparing to leave for the mission field.
Our Mission:
Our mission is to come alongside Delwin & Techy Fowler to help CBT (Comunidad Biblica de Tarapoto) become a fully functional and self-sustaining church—a church that plants more churches and sends out missionaries. We will help with discipleship and training of local leaders with the purpose of raising a spiritually mature eldership to be capable of raising up homegrown pastors. We will help adopt and establish other practical and administrative policies such as a church constitution, a doctrinal statement, the church’s philosophy of ministry, etc. We will also specifically be leading the young couples ministry of the church which we’re super excited about. And of course, we will be helping wherever need be and wherever the Spirit leads.
